Candace

Well we wanted to let everyone know that we lost Candace tonight. She was found in the field next to our house. There wasn't any attack marks and we aren't sure if this was natural causes. Candace was about 5 or 6 years old. She came into our family when June was six months old and we lived in draper. We rescued her from a shelter, but nobody else was adopting her because she has a funny meow. They never knew why she had vocal problems, but it was predicted that it was due to abuse as a kitten. She was a very sweet cat and loved to cuddle. Her favorite place on the couch was the very corner on the top. She always followed us down the driveway to get the mail. Sometimes we wondered if she was part dog. lol, Candace was our very first pet that we adopted. We love her very much. We will sure miss her!
